Delete your Lurio account

You can delete your Lurio account at any time. This page explains how.

Delete it from the app (fastest)

  1. Open Lurio on the web (lurio.app), iOS or Android and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings and scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.
  4. Your account is deactivated right away, your name is removed, and you are signed out.

Can't access the app? Request deletion by email

Send an email from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account", and we will help you delete it.

If you change your mind

For 30 days after deleting your account you can recover it from the Lurio sign-in screen. For details on how we handle and retain personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
